When I push in on my clock button nothing happens , beep and flashing time display, so I can't reset my clock on my interstate. Help please!

When it is flashing, volume and channel selectors change the time.

It want flash when I  depress the clock switch and hold it in, it will not flash no matter how long it is depressed.

your switch is probably a little dirty.  Try pressing it in several times then hold it in to set the time.  Mine does that too at times...contacts get a little dirty and they don';t make contact.

Radio has to be on to set the clock, meaning either the AM/FM, AUX or the CB. Try that.
