Shooting a unarmed man in your backyard in a city like Detroit is not real smart even if they deserve it.  But if you read the whole story you can't help but laugh at the Stupidity of the dead guy.   uglystupid2 uglystupid2

I say any thug that is stupid enough to stand in front of an Armed man and say "what are you gona do shoot me" deserves it. As stated in several of the responses to the artical. If I was on his jury I would say NOT GUILTY.....

After being robbed 3 times......no burglar would stand there and make a fool out of me.He should have went back in the house and not said nothing or drug him back to the house and laid him in the doorway then called the police.......JerryB.

After being broken into 3 times in just the previous week, I think his defense lawyer can successfully argue "temporary insanity" and get him off scot-free...if nothing else, argue "crime of passion" and have it reduced to manslaughter....

His mistake was opening his mouth before he spoke to an attorney.  I think the shooting was what anyone would do.
