Stephanie has decided to jump in and learn to ride her own.  As some of ya'll know, she has a lot of medical issues, so she may not use it as much as we'd like, but she WILL learn how.  She's been wanting to for years.  Actually, decades.  We finally decided that waiting till she's better isn't an option, so we'll just have to make the best of it and let her ride when she's feeling up to it and take the car when she's not.
So I've been doing some motorcycle shopping.  We wanted something cheap that she could drop a few times without breaking her heart.  I started looking at small bikes, but decided that was a bad idea.  LESSON LEARNED:  Don't roll up on a Valkyrie to test ride a Virago 750.  Not only does the power underwhelm you, it makes it feel like you're riding a bicycle.  That thing is SMALL.
I almost grabbed a cheap Valk someone had for sale here in the area, but it got snapped up too fast.
We ended up with a Vulcan.  Yes, it's a v-twin, but so be it.  It was super cheap, so it fits that requirement, but it's in good enough shape, and big enough to not be ridiculous with either her or me.  It needs a few things (front tire, some lights, etc) but I'll work on those while she's working on learning to ride it.  She's very excited.

And I got into a bad habit, apparently.  I bought the teenager a bike this past weekend, too.  It's much smaller, it's a 2018 Sym Wolf Classic 150, which is a Taiwanese copy of the Honda CB150.  It's a fun little bike.  It won't win any drag races, but it'll be a lot more capable when it has her on it instead of my fat butt.  She isn't licensed yet (she's only 14), but looking forward to taking the class and getting her license when she turns 15.  (Texas allows you a limited license for small engines, <250cc.)

I think Stephanie got some already.  You're welcome to ask her for it, but you may have difficulty seeing the 150 under my fat butt.  (:

Well, it's just plain rude to not return something you borrowed.  So, that was good of you to do.   Grin
