There is a guy on facebook that started a page, VALK-A-TOPIA that is getting a Valkyrie ride together this year, May 5-9, in Eureka Springs, AR. Check out his group on facebook. Seems quite a few people may attend. Nice place, great riding. Especially if you haven't been in that area. Pretty sure I'll show up. Been there many times. Be cool to hang out with a bunch of Valkers. One of these days I'll make an Inzane.
Peace, Ron.

I live in Jefferson county. Have a 2000 Valkyrie I/S trike. The town I live in is Redfield. 20 miles south of Little Rock, 20 miles north of Pine Bluff, and almost 20 miles east of Sheridan. My brother lives in Malvern and he has a2001 Valkyrie standard trike.

My first bike was a 2005 Honda Shadow Aero. Two tone, Illusion Blue/black. Blue looked kinda purple-ish. Put over 45,000 miles on that bike. Great learning bike. Oh the memories. Went to Sturgis with my buds. They were all on Harley Ultra's. Never forget Hauling ass on I-90 with all those other bikes. Speed limit was 80 mph. Ever do 80-90 mph on a Shadow 750 for extended miles on the slab with all that traffic? Fun for sure, keeps you on your toes. That trip changed my life. Opened up the true love, and passion for the open road. Obviously my Large 250 lb. ass needed a larger bike. Always was mystified, captivated with the Valkyrie, the few I saw on my adventures. Researched it heavily. Found it is one of the best cruisers ever built, found one here in state exactly what I was looking for, 2001 black with silver racing stripe, polished wheels/pumkin/stock, low miles 31,000. A deal was reached I hopped on and road 160 miles home. Never smiled so much in my life. Wife finally got over her fear and started riding with me alot so she ok'd a purchase of a prestine 2001 biege/cream Interstate. 21,000 miles, All the goodies on it, chrome covers everywhere, Mic-0-Pegs, floor boards front and rear, Ultimate seats, Big Bf carbs, desmog, LED Headlights, horns (really loud suckers), all before I purchased it. They are both Awsome motorcycles. The Chunkey Monkey (my friends named her) is a fast, loud (cobra's) obnoxious bitch, SBD (silent but deadly- named her myself this time. Is a beautiful badass, full hwy cruiser (stock interstate pipes) that will smoke my buddies Harley's. Silently, without a sound. I love it.
Peace, Ron.
