We're expecting 12 to 14 inches in our area starting this afternoon and over night. We're all stocked up and ready for it. Let it snow!  Enjoy guys!

I'm inland so shouldn't be as wet here, thankfully.

I would gladly take 12" plus of fluffy dry snow, instead of the wet heavy stuff we will be getting.
I'm guessing midnight maybe, give or take, that ours will start....and go right through the day tomorrow, into tomorrow evening.
Snowblower and generator are filled and ready to rock n roll when needed !!

As predicted for here on the coast, 4 maybe 5 inches before changing to a freezing rain. Everything is shoveled and snowblowed, now will wait for the ice to form on top of everything !!!

I'm all cleaned up, too. We got 14 inches of very dense snow. It wasn't really wet, but it wasn't fluffy either. Just dense. Took me about 3.5 hours for the total clean up. Had to knock down the snow banks at the end of the driveway so that I could clean them up with the snow blower. Took a lot of time. I'm beat. May take a nap this afternoon.   Wink

Terry your post says you snow blowed. Do you sometimes use your tractor rig to clean up the snow?

As our 'clean up' process was winding down the snow falling was changing to ice pellets falling mixed with rain. The rain eventually changed to ice pellets and continued for another 3 hours or so.
We went back out as we had a couple inches of ice pellets on top of maybe a half inch of water...We did manage to get this 'stuff' pushed / scooped / and snowblowed out of the driveway. Not the easiest of 'stuff' to move around...perfectly symmetrical tiny round balls of ice...thankfully it wasn't frozen to the ground below it !!

Tony, I haven't used my tractor for snow removal yet... not enough snow for that, the snowblower works just fine.
