Sadly, at 6'4" tall, this photo tells me all I need to know. A new seat and lowered/forward controls would be in order for me to ride it more than to the store and back. I like the look of it, though.

Same here. They have an extended reach seat but maybe it isn't extended enough.

I like the Indian motorcycles and that one is very sharp looking, I don’t know if I care for the chopped rear fender, I would have to see it.

I'm certainly no engineer, but the angle of the rear shocks seems like a lot of lateral force on the dampener shaft.
Nice looking ride.
On a second look at the pictures, it seems they can't decide which side to install the single front brake.
