Three Valk riders went out today for a bike ride. Had a nice cool ride. Temps in East Mesa today are about 60 for a high. ED ('99 Tourer), me ('98 Tourer) and Ron (sold his '03 last yr) enjoyed the exercise and clear day. The mountain in the background is Red MTN. It's on the border of 2 Indian reservations and is a sacred place for their culture.
Happy New Year to all.

Good to see Ed out and about ...How's his health nowadays ?  I bought a nice bike thinking I'll use this to help keep in shape. It's hangin' in the garage  Sad  Last time I rode it I went to see my Great,Great Grand-Father .

He's doing good. He watches his weight and eats great. We both have decided to lose more weight. That's what today was about. Ed became a Grandpa 2 months ago. His older daughter had a 10 lb boy. She & hubby came for the holidays. I remember being in the hospital a few hours after she was born. I met Ed & Linda on their wedding day and shot the photos that day. We go back more than a few years. My 2 Grandsons are pretty neat too. Lucas will be in Kindergarten next Aug. He's got an F150 electric truck and a CRF50 dirt bike. Can we say spoiled? That's what those little ones are about. But I don't have to explain that to you. You have a great new year with that little Grandaughter of yours.
