More details in this video than the one that got posted about a month or so back.
A crying shame and devastation to a remarkable collection.
Those firefighters were up against it from the get go; probably none or little water supply in frigid temperatures and extreme elevation.  What we used to call a "surround and drown" situation with no internal attack possible.
Must be crushing to the brothers who built it from scratch. Cry

After our barn fire in 1992, the only remains of my '84 Venture Royale were the frame and engine, with the wheels and rear gears being a couple of puddles of melted aluminum where they stood.
I can feel their pain when they saw what was left. Cry
