-27 the other day and +6 today! Gotta take advantage of that as we are a ways away from spring yet.

Get the smoker going for a feast of ribs.

And get the fire going to enjoy a splash or two of Lag 16....MMM!!

You guys way south unfortunately will never appreciate this and you’ll say you don’t want to but all I gotta say is.....you’ll never appreciate this and that’s too bad!  Wink

Maybe we can blow a little of our rain your way, to help get rid of that snow...or maybe not.... BBQ'ing in the cold and snow is  a lot better than BBQ'ing in the wet Undecided

Great minds think alike. The BBQ/smoker had sat a little too long here too, did a nice brisket point yesterday.

Above freezing  highs in the forecast for the next few weeks...then we hopefully shouldn’t see -40 again. Time to wipe the dust off the bike soon.  Smiley

The cold weather is a lot like the Lagavulin.... A little bit here and there can be a wonderful thing, but too much and you're gonna get sick and tired of it right quick...

I think one week every 3-5 years is about the right amount.

Beauty!! I got to sample some brisket yesterday as a buddy spent the day smoking one along with ribs.
