We made our bike rounds as we went out last night. My HD bud got a nice 98 Electra glide for his trip to Montana this summer. He is gonna use this bike as his long distance trip bike. He still has his 96 Glide as his work/ all around bike.
Stopped by the X's to check out his 04 Ultra he just got. Real nice. He hasn't rode in 5 years since his last divorce took it. They are also talking in going to Sturgis with us this year. He asked "how long does it take to get out there?" "1100 miles, so just 2 days". "Damn whats the hurry!? "he says.
It will be nice to ride out with someone. We have to talk more about it later on this winter. Would be kinda odd to have the X-wife and her hubby at our wedding!
Trying to get them to the Bourbon run and they may go. HD bud doesn't hotel it so he said he will sleeep in the parking lot. ???
