I'd looked at the web site a few times.

Vacillated between a Wompus or a multi piece OEM or aftermarket.

Spoke to Mike a couple of times and decided to ride down to see him.

I had told him my bike was a 2014 1800cc but that got lost in translation.

When I pulled into his workshop he was standing with a bare metal rack in his hand which he dropped on the floor as he said "Oh I've never seen one of those before".   Cheesy

A quick Plan B was initiated and he became a whirlwind of cardboard templates, plasma cutters, grinders, smoothers, welders, cleaners, powder coating and baking.

4 hours later I had a rack which you could stand a donkey on. Of course you'd have to train a donkey first unless you know of one.

Templates for the many bikes he's made racks for.

Yup, you got Wompus'd cooldude
Even better, now he has a template for others with the GL1800C. Now all you need is a well trained donkey.

He does not have a template. The rack is fitted to the bag brackets.

For an 1800 without bags he said he would have to make some L brackets coming off the grab rail bolts.
