Will be 7 months old in a few days and really developing a personality. My daughter, Toni, watches her a couple afternoons a week if mom & dad's work schedule overlap. The result is she's very attached to grandma....and vice versa.

Most recently she's learned to roll over and when she does she gets real excited followed by a loud squeal...which in turn scares the bejeebers out of the dog. The pooch jumps up and scampers out of the room then cautiously peers around the corner to see if it's safe to return to her own bed. All this while Lucy is laying on her blanket on the floor so is at eye level with the dog. If I hold her, I'll hum a little and at first she leans back and looks at me...sorta like "whoa, that doesn't sound like grandma." Then puts her head on my chest and soon the eyes close...both of ours. These pics are from last Friday evening about feeding time. The reaction to the spoon cracked me up, like a little sparrow in the nest. That little chair doesn't have wheels so stays put. If we all happen to be sitting around the table, she will start squealing for attention. So we put her in the middle of the table and she's happy because of all the activity and if it gets loud, she joins right in with her squeals and little yells. Fun to watch them develop.
INCOMING!
