1952-2014

I first met Ernie on the Valhalla mug ride. He and his wife Lynn hosted a meet, greet and eat at his house. We kept in touch, went on a few rides together and roomed together sometimes. Was really shocked when i heard he passed on. I went to his funeral and it was nice to see a good number of Valkyries ride to the graveside. I was honored to be asked to be a pall bearer.  RIP my friend.

Ernie and Santa (Tom) at Hillbilly Highway ride. Ernie had a flat rear car tire. Mac, Pete and Steamer in the background. Stanley was running his bike with an air compressor hooked to it.

Great guy, Ernie...met him only through his website when I searched out truck stack/glasspak exhausts quite a few years ago. Wound up purchasing an entire Dragon Pack system from him including refurbished headers (with the scarcity of Valks and parts up here I was hesitant to ship my headers all that way). Still running that system today with the extra 'paks he threw in as well, and it's still in great shape. We communicated back and forth by phone and email for a good year or two after I received my exhaust, as he'd call to check up on everything. cooldude
