Hi all. Hope you are keeping well .  cooldude

I'm trying to connect small Bluetooth receiver on my I/S and I would like to find a power source when the key is on acc position.
Any known point to use please?
Thanks and ride safe.

This is for '98 Tour. Maybe IS would be the same.

Hi. Cheers. I know about those 2 ones. Unfortunately they aren't live when the key is in ACC position ( this work on Interstate when you want only the radio on and not the ignition)

There's been many post on the subject, search is your friend.

I'll try, but I'm currently in no condition (  crazy2 ).

There is a power lead behind the right side cover, and also an aux port for the radio for your mp3.

Here is one,

Hi Gordon. Thanks for your reply.
Trust me I'm spending way too much time with my friend Search  Roll Eyes You can ask her  angel

I should be more specific with my queue. Sorry for that.  Evil
I'm well aware about those connectors mentioned by "itsblue" in the other post. The problem only is the acc terminal under the right cover goes hot when the key is on ON position. But not on ACC position which we are using when we would like to use the audio without discharging the battery with something else.
I have used the multimeter method yesterday and found wire serving the power to radio in both positions. ( ON/ACC ) which is exactly what I'm looking for.
I will set everything later today and will try to upload few pics for future use if someone will try to achieve something similar .
( please note I'm not sure if this method is correct by fuses\ power drain point of view but I'm sure some guys with more knowledge will advise shortly )
Cheers and ride safe. Jiri

Search is very hard sometimes, you need the right words to find what you're looking for.

I was not aware that the power lead on the right side did not function with the acc position on the IS ignition switch. Haven't had to use it yet.

You mentioned the radio. Wouldn't it be easiest to add in a fuse splice to the radio fuse? I don't know what you actually call it, but it's like a fuse to replace the one in the holder, then you have 2 fuse ports, which I take you could replace the extra one with the amp of your choice.
