Happy Birthday to my lovely wife.....but today means slave for a day for me.....  ...it started this morning with breakfast....she requested Eggs Benidict, so I became a cook  presents of course played a role in the morning hours along with a plan for dinner.....King Crag legs along with more crab legs topped by crab cakes  ...also had a request for Angel Food cake....so I'll be baking soon....as the cook I will need alittle support so I broke out a christmas gift from the south, a qt. jar of seasoned bourbon  ....topped off by a qt. jar of seasoned peach brandy.....I will soon be ready to bake......  Happy birthday!!!!!!Here's your cake..

Folk's that missed that one missed a good one  You know Joe, when I think about all of the riding we did this past year. From Britman's Memorial Day ride, to Cheha, to Marlington, to Shiloh, to the Fall Color Ride, to Isaquena Falls and Stumphouse Tunnel it's been an amazing year. I feel very lucky and very thankful to ride with all of the good people of the VRCC.....you folks are the best!
