      Glad I didn't git my hopes up too high fer Inzane cuz it ain't gonna happen Again I'm sad to report. Saw the eye Doc today and after a lengthy exam by a Lady who Thankfully Splained in detail every step of the exam and there were many steps and different machines involved. Long story somewhat shorter-conflict between Inzane dates and Surgery dates. I CHOOSE the surgery-double lens implant a week apart. And I noticed today while a passenger Before being dialated I am having a bit more difficulty with my vision. So definitely NOT GOOD fer carvin on my scooter!  Anywho found out late late this morning But my eyes are Just NOW gittin back to where I can see what I'm a doin!  I'm PRAYING for I-22!  See y'all Somewhere down the road!  RIDE SAFE.

Sorry you have had to change your plans . Many of us have put off so many things over the last year or so.

Dennis, sorry to hear that but we have to remember at this age our health comes first. Hope it's just cataracts and all goes well. Some years back my neighbor had his eyes done and told his son it improved his vision so much he could see into next week. Playing along with the joke, the kid asked if he could tell whether he gets a date with this one gal he was interested in...to which his dad said "no, I see you being grounded for street racing."

I think that you are probably making the right choice.  It is important to take care of our health first. 
It does irritate when health issues conflict with enjoyable life events.

Maybe we can share some road together another time.
