FYI, yes, I have put my Valkyrie on the market! I haven't been riding much, just enough to keep those six carburetors happy. This is a very nice bike and extremely rare color, have you ever seen another one like it? I think there were only 60 of this color produced! I would like to see it go to a good home.

So if you're posting here on the BC page...that means the asking price shown in the ad is CDN $ ... right? Wink

So don't leave us hanging, what are your plans, changing 2 for 4 wheels or another girl to ride?

Well, since there hasn’t been any interest in my bike at that price and I have no plans to lower the price, you’ll probably see me at the Valhalla rally as usual.

If it does sell, I’ll just play with my hot rod, and if I get the “need” for another bike, there are plenty of nice Goldwings available.

SOLD, I ended up getting $7000USD including the Garmin GPS, a few spare parts and a jack adapter. I’m OK with that. It was hard to see it go but it went to a good home in Monroe, Washington.

Well, what's really important...who's the new owner? Nice guy? Is he booking room #6 at Johnny's for Valhalla? Does he have a Hawaiian shirt? Grin

In all seriousness Cal, the rides will not be the same without you...it's always been fun trying to keep up with ya. Hopefully this doesn't mean we won't still be seeing you around. I know a guy in P.A. who has a few extra Valks kicking around, perhaps one may be available for a ride up to Grand Forks in September Wink

Seems like a nice young man, he would definitely lower our groups average age! I forgot to inform him of the Redline Hawaiian shirt tradition.

Speaking of that guy in P.A., when he heard my bike was available for sale, he contacted me trying to negotiate a deal to add my Valk to his collection. He offered a trade of 50 cases of wine!

Good for you seeing your bike sold. I'll parrot Mike's words, I hope you don't stay a stranger and continue to show up with the guys.
