So many colors to choose from yet so few stand out

Covington, TN

Saw this poll on FB, I believe the results will be similar but, wanted to ask.   Pick two.

Facebook is probably where t belongs (note my disrespect for that forum).

Choose two.  How many can one own?  Maybe one; maybe five.  It depends.

A Supervalk is an Interstate which can run with or without its trunk.  Thus having both on the list is misleading.  A SuperValk is an Interstate.

I like them all.  I won't vote.

Some bikes don’t lend themselves to much personalization. The Valkyrie however, can be customized to how you like it and to me a standard is more of a blank canvas begging to be adorned with what you like.

Since I sold my 01 Valk and now have the 14 Valk  and prefer my 14 of those in similar categories I choose my standard. I ride what I choose, or what I prefer and would not want more than one.

Funny... I like them all and voted that way  Grin
Seems harmless. At least it's Valk related.

That would be nice.  I really hate FB.  However, the reach to other Valkyrie riders far surpasses this forum.  Our reach here would be much greater (and was at one time) if FB didn't exist.

I apologize for that omission.   The silly thing is, one of my Valkyries is a trike!

Well, I did it just for grins and low and behold it was a Valkyrie pole dancer. Believe it or not there is precedence for this at a VRCC event at an undisclosed location some years ago. Maybe for late night at INZANE sometime???

I voted for Tourer, but, It has to be the 1997 red and white Tourer.

Anything less, is just too slow for me.

Thank You,

John

PS: It also has to have been Johnny-'ized'... by me.

Thank You,

I agree!  Red and White Tourer FTW!  Of course, it has to be a tourer without a windshield for me!

Jess,

That is so messed up  Smiley

I am currently making a note to myself...
That when you come down to NC for a week of cabin fever...
And I bring the van load of retired 97's from the retirement home out to the cabin to do the 'pole dance' they did in their youth...
And, I get up at 5:30 the next morning to start the coffee...
And, I see your wide open eyes with a smile on your face...

I too, will understand the 'magic', of a '97.

Thank you...for that image.

Jeff,

I remember that!!! I was not a participant, though... just a surprised observer...

As y'all probably guessed, I am a bit biased regarding my own choice for best suited Valk variation to my personal taste... Yep, the Tourer... I already owned a Wing at the time of purchase, and I didn't see enough difference between that and the Interstate to justify having both...

I did want saddlebags and a windshield, however, so the Standard wouldn't work because that would involve a wait, and that's just not conducive to impulse buying!... Besides, the Tourer just looked so doggone sharp, proper, and good to me... Our girl and I bonded even before the handshake concluding the deal was made... and the rest is history...

Of course it did.  You split the Interstate voting into two groups.
