That's a good lookin' trunk.  Don't know the manufacturer of that bag, but Boss Bags can maybe build you something close to that.

Here is the option that I chose which is very similar look-wise. It’s not studded but a very good quality amd functionality and fits the luggage rack like a glove:

I met this couple at Americade in 2011. It’s a couple that make these bags themselves. I was VERY impressed with the quality. Obviously made in USA and a small business.
