I washed my 2000 Tourer today and when I cranked it and let it idle I felt a slight knock through my handlebars. I was just above idle when I felt it. It happened a few times while idling. Never have felt it before. Any suggestions. Oil checked OK. It is time to change though.

Moisture maybe. Perhaps your plug wires were arching.
