Just wanted to let everyone know that I have now rebuilt my 5th set of valk carbs, and installed 3 desmog kits. I've gotten the removal down to 40 minutes for very chromed up bikes. clean/rebuild in a day and reinstall/sync and ready to ride in 3-4 hours.
Additionally I've done the following:
- Front AND rear brake caliper rebuild
- Clutch slave cylinder rebuild, bleed + clutch plate seal remove/clean/replace
- Headlight bulb replace (tourer only)
- shifter seal replace
- replace exhaust and gaskets (least favorite)
- wire in 400W amp and speakers
- Install air horn and LED kit
- probably more things I can't remember ATM.
