Yeah, yeah, yeah I put the wrong date.

The Relive app lost track a couple of times. That's why you will see a couple of straight sections as it "Relives".

Relive didn't add all the photos.

I had a burger at the Tellico Beach Burger Barn next to the Tellico River.

Bald River Falls was showing the result of recent rain.

Last time I rode it, 2018, I was very disappointed in that many of the so-called overlooks were in need of some maintenance (that is you could not see anything because of the trees and shrubs that covered the view.

Has this changed?

Darn it. NO

Especially the highest point one. The main ones are clear but that's just because the slope below is so steep. The same is happening at a lot of the southern BRP overlooks.

If I had the $$$ and garage space I would have bought a cherry one I just saw. Color matched hard bags and running lights and other stuff. 3000 miles and $10,500 asking price.

Overall I love where I live, but I gotta admit, I like your opportunities for a day ride a whole lot more than my opportunities for a day ride!

Thanks for taking us along...

Nice ride Paul.

Every time I see your bike I think "I gotta get a "14".

She sure is pretty and I really wasn't a fan when they came out.

Did you put the bags on?  I was wondering about the hardware and how they were attached to the frame.

I didn't put the bags on. They are from a Shadow but the Valkyrie bags would fit. I've seen one bike with Tsuyaki (sp?) and the look good.

The PO put the bags on and they are mounted to pieces left over from the Brooklyn Bridge.  Grin
Solid, but Smokin Joe tells me they flex a little going down the road.

I got the idea, when I looked, that at least some of the bag
mount is the OEM bag mount... maybe some kind of adapter
between it and your bags... 1500 OEM bags and my Corbin
bags and some others have connections between the bags
(usually a bar of some kind behind the wheel) that tames
the flexing...

My wife and I just went up there on Saturday for a picnic lunch. We have our favorite spot with a table that has an absolutely beautiful view. We try to do this 3-4 times a year but I live really close to the Skyway. We horseback ride up there all the time also.
