Had that happen to my wife and I, in Custer State Park, about 2008 or 09 maybe.
On a Valkyrie Tourer and on the Wildlife loop.

Happened pretty much like the video, only the bison came at us from the side and rear. About the same size as what was in the video, an average size adolescent bison. There was 2 of them but only one made the run at us.

Came over a hill and into about 100 head herd and big traffic jam. Pulled up behind a car. The two in question walked past us then spun, snorted and the one came at us.

Like in the video, the critter hit the brakes and for us, it didn't hit us or the bike but it's hooves slipped on the pavement and slid under the bike.

The looks we got from the cagers!

It was exciting!

It was a she.  Notice the presence of the calf she was protecting.  Apparently a cage is not perceived as a threat but a fully viewable human being needs a message.

Last time We were thru Yellowstone, had one walk by our stopped vehicle.  Any closer he would have rubbed the rearview merrow.  Wasn't concerned about us at all. 

The 22 plus years we lived in WY, we would keep score on bison (buffalo)  vs idiots in the park.   2funny

I parked my big black interstate alongside the road next to a big cattle ranch some years ago.

A big black bull came right over to run me off.

Fortunately, there was one of those huge rock wall fences (been here since the civil war).

Otherwise, I would have hauled ass out of there.  He was definitely irritated.
