Distance collar rear wheel, anyone know the specs on its length can’t find it in the service manual, also is it true that if you order the dampers for the interstate they already have the aluminum pieces installed .

Yes, it’s true about the dampers. I can’t help on the wheel spacer.

On page 4 of this document in the Shoptalk section, the distance collar (spacer between the wheel bearings) was measured at 4.662 inches.  http://www.valkyrieriders.com/shoptalk/5204_bearing_mod.pdf
