So still having issues with top end power. I still haven't synced the carbs since rebuild, issues building the manometer. I did notice that the hose I replaced on the air cut valves may be slightly too big. Could this be the final vacuum issue I need to resolve? Would this cause a lack of top end power?

Vacuum hoses need to be tight. Not all hoses are vacuum capable. If not desmogged , it would be a good idea.

Order the correct air cut valve vacuum hose from Redeye. If it leaks it is causing a problem. Find someone with a Digi sync in your area, and properly sync the carbs.
