One more turn should do it!

Kent, Ohio

« on: September 09, 2021, 02:13:15 PM »

Me and my memory do not get along very well these days.
Wondering if you guys can tell me where to find the step by step instructions for changing a front wheel / tire. I am drawing a blank  uglystupid2 I can't remember if I used the manual or what.
Also, seeing as I am putting new tires front and back. Thinking I may as well install new wheel bearings front and rear. Any good info and or instructions?
Ive decided to call it a season when my new tires show up. Also decided this is when I am powder coating my wheels. Any tips and tricks?
Also decided now is when I am tearing down the bike to paint all the tins. Been wanting to do it for years. Hoping I can find someone to do 2 tone like the factory but with Orange and cream.

If you are not familiar with wheel change front and back, get a Honda service manual and follow it

Never done it on my Valkyrie but if you look at Page 95 here is appeared to tell you how.  But I suspect there is an easier way.

Ahh, I remember this page. I thought that was only the rear tire. This is the page I used to do both front and rear tires when I first bought the Valk. Thank you
