Hello all you Valkyrie riders, looking to replace my rear wheel dampeners at next tire change, replaced once with the neoprene ones that was being sold by someone on here if my memory serves . are they still available and if so where can I get a set, or do we have to try and fined the stock ones? thanks for any advice.

I believe you are referring to Urethane dampers that were available from Shock bushing Gary who has passed away.  To my knowledge, OEM is your only choice.

OEM and buy the ones for the Interstate. They fit all the bikes and come as one piece instead of the rubber and metal insert as 2 pieces.

I've just spent 10 minutes trying to find the right part number for you. No luck. Maybe someone else will have it?

I seem to remember hearing that Honda discontinued the earlier (than interstate) 2-part dampers with separate rubbers and inserts in favor of the better Interstate design dampers.  In any event, you want the one piece set.
