I need to replace my national cycle windshield but cant figure out what model it is to look it up.  And the ones I see online are $174 for switch blade mounting brackets and $224 - $254 for a windshield.  I don't want to spend $400 so looking for less expensive alternatives.

Best I can read what's on the shield I have is:
NC Polycarbonate
dot 202
as6 m19

But none of the windshields I find online with "as6 m19" look like what I have.

Sometimes, calling the company direct beats internet search.  Ask for tech help.

But a lot of manufacturers always charge MSRP, while none of their aftermarket sellers do.

Do you need just the plexiglass, or the hardware too?

I know Memphis sells replacement plastic and I'll bet National Cycle does as well.

I really only need the polycarbonate.  I installed a windshield bag earlier this year that had tabs that fit under the cross support of the windshield.  Apparently I over tightened the bolts resulting in spider web cracks on 3 of the bolts.  The problem I have is identifying what model it is as I cant find it online.

I did call National Cycle & the CS rep said it was probably what they previously sold as "one piece heavy duty" but it's no longer in production or available.  So no luck with that option.

Does your windshield use this National Cycle mounting kit?:

http://www.nationalcycle.com/vehicles/motorcycle-1/honda/hondagl1500cvalkyrief6c/1999hondagl1500cvalkyrief6c/kit-q103.html

If it does, then any of the three larger sizes of Switchblade replacement shields should bolt right up in the frame you currently have:

If you attach a photo of your current shield and mounting system, it will be easier to narrow down.

It does but it's not the SwitchBlade type.  It's what was being sold back in mid 2000's for the N22xx Series windshields.

At any rate I believe I've found an old stock replacement for what I have for $125 that should mount right up to my mounting brackets on Ebay.  Will know for sure when it gets here in a little over a week.

Thanks all for the input.
