California Republicans Shocked To Discover They've 'Already Voted' In Recall Election
Residents of San Fernando Valley, California were shocked after showing up to vote in the state's gubernatorial recall election, only to be told by polling station workers that they had already voted.
88-year-old Estelle Bender, a Republican, said she wasn't the only person who was told incorrectly that they had already voted.
"The man next to me was arguing the same thing," said Bender, who was given a provisional ballot that she filled out and then "left really angry."
"I’d still like to know how I voted," Bender told KTLA.

So, we can agree on some things. Part of why I get so frustrated with the absolute tin foil hat stuff they post, it makes it harder for folks to take the actual things they're correct about seriously...

So, we can agree on some things. I'm sure we agree on alot more but Covid and jabs seems hard for us, right now Its truly amazing how much venom you can stir up just by not agreeing with someone. I hope though that I would not ever be in the position of agreeing with a couple on this board on certain topics. Since it would mean I would be in a personally very bad place and sad statement of my personal position in life at the time. Henry Ford had it correct with vision and fore thought, when he said “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.”

Any bets on whether the provisional ballot will be counted? If it is(doubtful), then all the provisionals will equal zero on the ballot count. Personally, I hope Newsom is recalled. Maybe that will open some eyes to the possibilities so other governors might want to step carefully. Wouldn't that be interesting if a successful recall caused others to go down as well. Who knows? Again...doubtful, but badly needed.

Does nobody consider the possibility that an 88 year old woman mailed in a ballot, and then forgot about doing it ?

I consider the proposition that the 88 year old lady went to the polls to vote, was told she already did and knows cursed well she didn't and got her vote stolen. If she swears to that in an affidavit, there should be an official investigation. Surely the integrity of the election would demand it on it's face. We could blame this on old folks forgetting I suppose, but I didn't vote for an old guy who forgets for President either.

Perhaps... had she had been the only one. Unfortunately, she was a far cry from the only one. There are 40 million people in California. I didn’t look up how many registered voters. A bunch, I’m sure. Out of that many people, I’m sure there will be mistakes made by both workers and voters.

It doesn’t matter if it is only one vote it is fraud and should be investigated and the people who stole her vote should burn at the stake. And a sworn affidavit as someone suggested earlier wouldn’t do anything there are 100’s from the 2020 election and not a peep from anyone supposedly in power about anything beingdone.

The unanswered question is WHY would either party be against a full accounting of the way ballots were handled and the way the votes were counted? What is there to lose and credibility to be gained Why would any state atty general block the lawful attempts to get a proper forensic audit? see below
If one believes in the constitutional process of one man (or woman) one vote there is no choice but to get to the bottom SCOTUS will bear the future shame of blocking the Texas action along with 29 states. Pence will forever be questioned for refusing to block certification and he promised. And Pelosi and her cadre will be remembered for the fake Capitol riot scam. Trump was still speaking while the fake riot was started It is a good distance from the ellipse to the Capitol. And Pelosi was in charge of the security as the speaker of the house. It was a set up.
Blocking the efforts to determine the extent of voter fraud is to me T R E A S O N plain and simple regardless of the party or outcome. I wish the army had been there to secure the sites of the alleged fraud so that no questions would be hanging. Perhaps in the future this will be done. Certainly citizens do not have confidence in the integrity of the process as it now stands
If there are allegations of electronic sabotage of voting machines our Republic must have transparency and a clear allowance of the efforts to check the votes
Fraud had been around before, but electronics and the internet have raised the ante. We need to know what happened (some of us believe we do) and we need to be sure interference with elections is made a capital offense so that people think twice about driving ballots over the border or stuffing machines after hours or using back door access to voting machines to switch votes.
I think it is worse as our most precious right is the right to vote and to know that vote was properly counted State atty generals have taken Soros money and they seem to be bought and paid for, just like POTUS. A sad state of affairs that the commander in chief abandoned his post to give aid and comfort to the enemy,, again

As a lawyer I’m sure you are aware each State has rules and laws covering elections and their validation. Each State certified its results and sent them to Congress to do their Constitutional duty in counting them. Pence had no choice but to follow the Constitution. Well, he had a choice to disregard his duty. Thankfully he was smarter than that.

When a person watches (hears) that over and over, they probably start to believe it. I think most want to believe it to begin with, hearing every day thru their TV and radio just reinforces that. I believe there are some pretty smart people on the conservative side. Many of them Election Lawyers. If there was all the fraud that many say, don’t you think they would find some of it ?

We are not looking for mistakes or errors.
We are looking at and looking for organized, comprehensive, multi-state, and criminal mass voter and election fraud.
Let's take the names out of the picture.
Candidate A vs Candidate B
A is the incumbent.
Candidate B wins. Wins a historic amount of votes and captures the Electoral College.
But... Candidate A -
Wins 18 of 19 bellweather counties. Receives 20% more votes than in the previous election Receives more votes than any other incumbent President in History. Appears to have a virtual insurmountable lead late into election night.
States using the same election computer software all stop at the virtual same time during tabulations. 27 of the toss up House races were all won by the political party of Candidate A. All of them. Late night, early morning vote totals in key states went to Candidate B in manners statistically improbable if not impossible.
Could this be just a coincidence? A "million to one" shot? Maybe.
But it also can be, and likely is, rampant election fraud.
In either case, the integrity of our elections demand a transparent audit.
And if a transparent, unbiased, audit shows that that Candidate B won and the odd and suspicious coincidences were, in fact, coincidences, then everyone accepts the audit.
But we know. We know.

Its unbelievable that people would want to put themselves in harms way, unless of course the vote was rigged along with the rule changes they made. I can remember a few years ago they wanted to split California just because of this type of thing. There are many conservatives there I just cannot believe that there are that many more liberals that would not only reflect the vote count but want Newsome there. He has destroyed the state.

Well, I agree. I haven't been in that state for almost 50 yrs, its a nice state. No matter where you go there is a diversity of folks. Its getting that most large urban areas are increasingly becoming liberal or progressive. My nephew lives in southern Ca and I can understand why he wants to move and considering his job [ head of Husqvarna race teams] he can live anywhere. NYS is kinda the same, there have been a couple pushes to separate downstate from upstate. Whenever I sit in on local town/city board meetings I end up just shaking my head. I just don't understand what the these folks are thinking about. The lack of common sense seems to be very contagious. People are in charge of things that they know nothing about.

"life saving proven safe"
Lies, NOTHING proven here, just more promoting of lies and 'misinformation' on the 'jab'.
Nothing will convince of damage being done by 'the precious'.. it's like a mind warp or something, when really smart people are zealots for the wrong cause.
Go decaf! I'm struggling here.. Ca has just cheated Newsom back in and they're running at people full speed with syringes. It's not funny anymore, things are going to get real.. real soon.

Its never been funny. I know you are struggling. No cheating needed (or done). When you have a 2 to 1 ratio of registered Democrats to Republicans it’s nearly impossible to win a statewide election. MH, they 'won' Orange County by 5 points.. Nuf said.. that's a blatant 'in your face' move done by the communists here, OC is NOT democrat.

I hate to break this to you, but Orange County has been trending Democrat for a while now. The registered Democrats outnumber the Republicans slightly now. (I’m sorry to add to your struggles)
You are clueless about politics here.. I forgive you

You are clueless about politics here.. I forgive you I agree. OC is very conservative. I would bet that most of the OC undeclared party voters are conservatives.

The trend has went down for Republicans for some time now. The last figures I saw were 600,000 registered Republicans, 670,000 registered Democrats. I can think of no logical explanation that this hard fact would be opposite in non-declared voters. How much are we betting ? Your 'hard facts' are media propaganda, OC is still VERY conservative.. you should stick to betting on things you know something about. Registration and party affiliation are meaningless now, I'm no longer a registered repub.. same as many others who see what's going on. We have a mono-party
