Like Scott said, GOOGLE CHROME (free) and I am sure Mozilla, etc don't have the same problem. I am glad to go to Chrome because Bill Gates now rules the free world as we know it.

I didn't know that your IE could have problems with certain sites - dummy me. I just thought it was on the other end.
But, man, I know that Chrome
solved the problem on my end.
I would suggest that if folks have problems with the scroll locking up thingie like I did, change your Internet Explorer. It is like when we changed boards here.....takes some getting use to, but Chrome is just like IE in looks and feel and I actually loved Mozilla......I like the multi tabs and stuff.....
