I think most like the relo kit.  It allows more room for shifting.

I DID NOT order the reloc kit..........    I do not like to lower the grinding pieces than they currently are.

Ya no got enough room for your big foot, adjust the peg on the tranny shaft.

Very easy, take the bolt out, pull the lever off, move it 1 or 2 pegs, reinsert the bolt, take a test ride.

Keep repeating the above paragraph till ya get satisfied.     Maybe I should also add I have Cobra Boards.

I have the relo kit but modified to only move my foot forward a bit. Like RJ says "... don't lower the  grinding parts...", which is what I found happening with my boards. On Rattlebars site I read something like "... if you sit and your toes are pointing down at the ground while on the pegs, you need the relo kit". I used to sit with my toes pointing down, but with boards of course that is not the case. My inseam is 32" and I sit on a King Bigboy seat and I'm comfortable. My mod kept my foot at the same height, but moved it forward an inch which helps to keep the bend out of the knee a bit and reduces cramping on the long rides.

Be careful about adjusting that peg.  Eventually it gets to a state where the force you're putting on the back peg (and thus the kickshifter lever) gets put into shoving the actual shift peg forward, instead of up.  I chased my tail on that problem for a while, and once it was adjusted back to having the back peg at the same height as the front peg, my shifting was suddenly more reliable.  I have a little trouble fitting my foot on the front peg, but I'd rather fight that fight than miss a shift once out of every three times.

Forgot to add that I had to mod the shifter peg length a bit as well, shortened it by 1/2" or so. Since I was doing the Kury shifter peg mod anyhow it was a matter of drilling a new mounting hole. Pegs are all level and it shifts real good.

I had done mine so long ago, I forgot one thing.

I changed the shifter lever also.  It was for a Honda Sport Bike I think.  Someone should have it all documented on their site, cause that is where I got it.

Now, I know, ya'll going to ask me what i put on.

Believe me I do not remember.    Gads, that was 10 years ago and I can't even remember what i did last night.
