Clayton is in my back yard, I didn't get a room at ground zero...
I figured that with the car people there too, some people who
really needed a room might not get one... anywho... me and
Ross rode over from South Carolina and used a whole bunch
of good roads in North Georgia to get to Suches...



The Valkyries weren't there yet when we got there. As I sat
down to eat my sandwich, they all started rolling in. Britman.
Randy and Sue! Carl!! Rams was there. Steve and Diane were
there... people came in from all over.

Britman wondered why me and Ross were going back to South Carolina
via Clarksville. 197 is real good all the way there, I know some good
back roads beyond that and ...



They're probably all in Clayton now eating at the Mexican place...

Y'all should have got a room the motel stuck us around back away from the group. We didn't do the Saturday group ride Reb , Mitch , Hal and I rode to Cleveland in The Great State Of Tennessee to meet T-Bird's wife Gina to get his ashes to spread on The Fall Color Ride. I only saw one Pontiac Fiero at the motel.

I saw a total of three and not sure all stayed at our hotel, was told several others were somewhere else but, it does appear the Fiero attendance was way down.

I know Robert with a tuned green Vespa who leaves most riders in the dust in the twisties.
