Having trouble making up you mind which way to go!

Of course if you can afford to buy one and go rock crawling you can surely afford to fix it when it breaks.

That happened to my 1980ish F150 while I was going 5mph down the
unpaved road I live on (paved now) on the way to Christmas morning
at my mother's house. I'm glad it didn't wait 5 more minutes until
I was going 60mph down hwy 59!

Watching Carcass last night as thiose 2 put the finishing touches on a project the call-Junk Mail-a 78 Jeep old mail delivery with right hand drive. They installed a rather SERIOUS 4 link suspension system and went off road and did some rock crawlin. And Junk Mail seemed to perform rather well. I Know NOT whether the new Bronco or Junk Mail cost more BUT I might be fairly cetain which one did NOT require help gittin back to the home 20!!  Roll Eyes RIDE SAFE.

my 01 300m had a spontaneous break of the rack and pinion not once but twice

I sold it shortly after the 2nd time which was making a left onto my street

The same officer that assisted me remembered the incident when he pulled me over for a left turn on red (light at 9A sometimes does not register cars or motorcycles) and let us go

Thank you Lord for watching over me

being reported that is a common failure on them. Ford knows about design flaw.

Well now, that's very comforting................   Roll Eyes   I'm sure they'll git right on that along with their other  supply chain issues............  Wink
I have a nephew who drives a 2020 Mustang.   It's been at a Ford dealer for almost three months because they can't get the part...........   Apparently, FoMoCo is going to "give" him a real good deal on a new one since they can't seem to get his other one fixed.   Roll Eyes

that suspension and lift and tires are not stock for sure

anytime you lift the suspension that much and put bigger tires than OEM on anything it creates havoc down the road just a matter of time.    Not always though do you see it until a long time down the road, if ever.

I see some rock crawler videos and purely amazes me some can go nearly straight up a rock wall, but then again, a lot flip over and roll backwards as well.

I did a flip over on my ATV 2 summers ago by accident stabbing the throttle up a 3 foot embankment and darn near landed on me instead of just going on it's side.  Could have been much worse than a few bumps and bruises.  Wife thought my leg was pinned underneath the ATV but had enough clearance to wedge it out just barely.  She was panicking and tried lifting the ATV up a tad to get off my leg but told her to CHILL OUT I am fine the 840lb. ATV was not resting on my leg, but darn close.   She was panicking much more than I was but I was  shook up a lot afterwards landing backwards on my side even from 4 feet up is not good for an aging body plus was attempting as atv flipping on it's side to keep it upright which did NOT work.  Even a few hours later my hip and body was quivering and hurting big time so did not go out the next day ATVing cut our trip up north ATVing short by 1 day.

Anyone who can think they can flip upright from on it's side an ATV weighing with gas, gear, etc. over 850lbs. is superman, did not help ATV was facing downhill as well needing to upright it uphill.  Took both of us on a 2-up 800cc Can AM ATV to barely flip it over after over a dozen attempts.  I think I also pulled a muscle big time on that last attempt that did upright it.  Wish I had the strength of youth on me some 30 years ago as well besides just extra 80lbs. on me.

needed to give aluminum strength.  giving a communist country control over so much was a really bright idea.
