Cooking my 7th turkey in the last 5 days (6th thanksgiving dinner)!  I cooked 4 turkeys and all the trimmings for the Thanksgiving dinner last Sunday at church, 2 turkeys with all the trimmings for 2 Thanksgiving dinners for clients, 1 lasagne Thanksgiving dinner for a client and 1 glazed ham Thanksgiving dinner for a client (all were delivered Monday night).  We headed out of town Tuesday so we could just chill and relax for a week and I swore I wouldn’t be cooking Thanksgiving dinner!!  Well, you all know me…I couldn’t let the day pass without it and I just can’t seem to stay out of the kitchen…LOL!  So today we will be having turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes & giblet gravy, green bean casserole and cranberry sauce!!!  I am so blessed and so very thankful!  Happy Thanksgiving y’all!!! I am counting my many, many blessings today!!!

You are a brave man o ancient one    Wink

Speaking of the mother in law before eating is dangerous.    Tongue     whether she is there or not

It is like insulting the waitress before your food comes to the table

Right back at you! If staying busy is the secret to a long life, there will be many more turkey dinners to prepare. God bless you all!

Happy Turkey Day to all VRCC members and their loved ones!

It's the best holiday around in my own humble opinion. Smiley

Happy Thanksgiving to all our American friends. We like Thanksgiving so much up here in Canada that we can't wait until the end of November, so we celebrate all we're thankful for on the second Monday of October...this year the on the 11th. Cheers! Smiley Smiley
