I had ordered some parts from HDL a couple of weeks ago and they just came in today....and I got my new bulbs for the pod lights from Big Mike yesterday.....

The oil seal around my gear shifter had an oil drip on it and now I have a new one to replace it.....I also got some new rear brake pads.....a couple of parts for the rear brake caliper.....2 oil seal sets for the brake pistons, but I didn't order new pistons, now I'm thinking I should have??....

I also ordered a new spring for the kickstand and what I THOUGHT was a new bolt for the one that breaks?...but I think I screwed that up....I'm not sure I was looking at the right microfische for that bolt....Does anyone have that part # handy or  maybe able to tell me what drop down screen it's found on??..

I also ordered a new petcock cover-set as a back-up in case that fails on me again(NO...no Pingel for me)....

Now I just need a few days of warm weather and the time to replace the parts that need it.... cooldude

Lots of good stuff Stanley... you probably don't need new pistons for your calipers... it might take
a pretty studly air compressor to get them to pop out though...

I got just such a compressor for Christmas  cooldude

I'm a Tee-totalor....I'd be liable to do something goofy if I drank alcohol......My little shed has no heat nor lights....I'm thinking that I'll wait until I  have some 50 degree and above weather since I can't really heat my shop... cooldude

Can we use your new toy sometime then??....my little air compressor is only like 2hp with an 8 gallon tank...I mainly use it for finishing nailers in my woodworking shop....it handles that well!!.....

I guess I'd like to change that gear shifter oil seal replaced first before I have a leak in front of a hardley..... cooldude

I also miss order the same bolt. Had trouble reading it also. I just took mine off and put one from the hardware store in its place. Screwed it in lower so nothing will hit it. Then I got 2 other spares. Also got rid of the sidestand switch to.

No Pingel yet?  tickedoff

I'd be liable to do something goofy if I drank alcohol

What do you mean IF you drank alcohol.  You don't need alcohol to act goofy.  For you, acting goofy is a state of being.   Wink

It looks like that is part #10(spring hook)...and that #29(washer)...part #11(breather tube clip) and part #17(nut) should all be ordered together in case the spring hook breaks as you're tooling down the road?.....I had looked at the frame schematic and figured it was on there...I'll go order those now.... cooldude
