I was never sure what pics would come out and what wouldn't so I put a lot of value on postcards. I'd carry baggies to keep postcards dry in the saddle bag.
I've always been a fan of sending postcards too.
My Dad always wanted to see Key West and the Grand Canyon. I sent him a post card from KeyWest that said, "It's great. It's all that you imagined." Me and my wife found ourselves looking at the Grand Canyon and I rushed to find a post card, "It's great. It's alll that you imagined." Mom thought that was funny until she recieved a postcard in the mail from Graceland, "It's great. It's all that you imagined."
