Guru’s ?

Has any one had any success having a “super Valk” chrome text made up for the saddle bag in place of the “ interstate “ text. ?

Plenty of choices for printed letters in chrome.  You'd have to do the sticking and spacing.

No idea about chrome (or any other) cursive writing, other than paint.

I had this on my car.

There is a shop on Rt.44 and Int.75 in Florida it’s called The Chrome Shop. It’s basically an all out chrome shop for truckers, the have a C&C department in the back that will make up name tags in chrome plastic. You could find a similar shop in your area or hit these people up. They do mail orders too. I had Steel Cowboy done up, it lasted 5 years before I accidentally broke it off my trunk.

This is relevant to my interests for a reason other than motorcycles. Occasionally I'll modify radio equipment and want to re-badge it to reflect the "upgrades". A 3D plastic model placard which is gold-plated is spec'd for a future project. Hmmm...

So, interesting trip so far,

I found a free down load of the “ honda font” and have made couple of string lines

So looking for opinions on this

A,B,C,D,E,or, F

I have a chrome emblem dude ready to produce this in scale with the “ interstate text “ on the saddle bags and i intend to put a pair on the front guard

The four will cost me about 120 and postage,

So team Valk,
And team supervalk

Which one ??

Definitely, less is more in this case.  Just Supervalk...or SuperValk, is my opinion.
Do you have the bag rails? If so, would have to fit with those as well.

I have the Interstate bag rails and bag script, and the rails fit over OK, but interfere with keeping the script clean.  If you have the rails, I might move the lettering a little to a better position.

Why not use grease and wax remover/cleaner, use to clean surfaces before painting. Slower maybe but safer.

So, The caramel wheel worked obscenely well !!
warning keep it moving, I put a couple of small burn fogs on the paint now hidden under the new decals,

installed are the following:

front fender, " Flat 6 Custom"
Side cover , "1520CC"
tank "euro style badge F6C"
Panniers " SuperValk"

Over all i am happy with it, The text was supplied with a drop i template so even I could not screw it up !

see images below, yes it needs a wash, but its summer and for riding !

Now you will need one of those soft nylon detail brushes to get the wax out of and between the letters.   Smiley

Just wondering I looked at their website and I didn't see an option for cursive like you have for supervalk.

I spent ages and ages finding text that i was happy with

the image below has the PPS i sent to them to work from if you look you will see the font and size and stuff i used

retrospectively i would have made the text on the front fender smaller but what is done is done
