If you have had any problems with your hotel reservations or have not received your receipt, please contact me via email, phone call, text or message here on the board.  I have spent no less than 3 hours on the telephone today with Square resolving issues with receipts, etc., and multiple calls with hotel, etc.  My phone number is listed at the bottom of every receipt, my email is motomama.vrcc@gmail.com and messages here on the board will get to me, as well.  We are All doing the best we can to address all issues, so please bear with us!

Thank you all for your patience, as we have had a few glitches today!  Tomorrow will be better!

I hope to see you all in June!!

Good job Motomama. I got to tell you that for many of us things worked perfectly. Easy in. Easy out. I know that it wasn’t this way for all but for many of us it was. Technology can be a real challenge. Personally, I could do without technology. It’s one of the reasons I like the Valk so much. Old school.

I have been working with the hotel for the last 3 days and continuing to do so today to get all issues resolved.  We DO still have rooms available and all issues should be resolved by the end of the day.  There are both King and Double Queens left in our block.  Everything should be resolved by the end of the day!  They have all new front desks folks, all of which just completed training last week...and although that is no excuse, it does kind of add a little bit of understanding to the issues.  Please be patient...it WILL be a great event and I will post an update later today.

See y'all in June!!!  It's gonna be a GREAT event and I for one, am really looking forward to it (especially the pitchfork fondue)!!

Please contact me with any further issues, either by text, pm or call.  My number is listed at the bottom off all the receipts.

Hotel issues are now resolved.  Please go ahead and make your reservations (after registering for the event, of course)!  We have plenty of rooms left,  both king and double queen.  If you have any problems, let me know please, and we will get them resolved.

 I never received a notification e-mail from the hotel. It was either the 3rd or fourth when I booked. Do I have a room or do I need to re-do?
