I think I have talked about this before. It has changed back to a system that did not work. For the vets that are eligible to receive travel pay to clinics, VA Hospitals and using community care. Several years past they changed to online claim entry you did yourself. This was a bust, took months to get travel pay. It was shut down and we went back to paper, filled out when you checked out. It was started up again in January 2022. Still a screwed up system, someone is sticking it to the VA. I stopped using it, if they will not fill out the claim form at checkout do this. I hand carry my travel claim filled out by me to the travel pay office in the VA Hospital. When I am at the clinic I do the same, if they do not fill it out, i fill it out and give it to them and they sent it to my region VA Hospital which is at Shreveport. Download this claim form, VA form 10-3542, very easy to fill out. If you use community care and have travel to it, get a form from the community care facility stating you had an appointment and was there and put this with the  travel pay form. The next time you are near a clinic or VA Hospital turn it in. This has to be done with in 30 days. Make copies of each for your records and date them on top when you turned them in.
