Hello Tech board members,
I have a 2000 Tourer that all of a sudden will not shift out of neutral without stalling.  The bike has 86K miles on it, or maybe it's 186K... I bought it used about 2 years ago, so I suppose it's possible I was mislead.
Checked the clutch fluid, it is clean and the lever pulls with pressure.  I'm thinking the clutch is worn, but just a little surprised it would fail without some type of warning. One day it is shifting without issue, the next it is not.

Can you think of anything else I could do to check the issue before I have to get into a clutch replacement?

Thanks for any feedback.

What ^^^ said. If it was up, your sidestand or clutch switch may have crapped out. Both are easy to test.

Does the Valk have a diode pack in the kickstand circuit?
