For us it's actually cheaper to keep the house line with the internet package than to cancel it. I also like having a number I can give when asked for my number at checkouts a various stores and other locations. Easier to screen calls to the house than my cell.

I always give out Bernie's number Gary....Seems to have worked, as I haven't had any follow-up calls !!
