the passenger needs more neck muscle strength.  Everytime the driver downshifted, his head bobbed down like he was going to take a nap... Grin  somehow I do not think I would fit in one.  I was contemplating buying a used UTV like a can am commander, etc, but after visiting a dealership sitting in a yamaha, can am, honda, etc. UTV,  NO thanks.  Way to tight of fit width wise and sort of leg room wise on some.  I would rather be more open/airy in my 2-up ATV at 5K vs. spending used 12K or so on a UTV feeling cramped inside.

I got a kick out watching the excess safety harness in the turns and the decel for the turns. Have to wonder What the G load is during turns. Last time I Personally saw safety harness ends floppin around like that was flying on and off the Yorktown. These days thinkin I can NOT afford the fuel for even 1 lap!  Lips Sealed Way KEWL though!  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

When I got in the back of an F16B model (with backseat), the crew chief hauled down and may have kicked on my harness.  It was as tight as it could go.

Is this really necessary?

Yes, Capt I'm afraid it is.
Shocked

The oxygen and comm lines (and mask) added to the harness, and you are a wired down package.  Now, not only am I nervous about flying in a fighter jet, I've got claustrophobia.

Then, just to put me at ease, the pilot says, look if you have to puke, please turn the comms off, I hate listening to that sh!t.

I didn't puke or even get sick, but you don't know how you will do.

Inertia reel unlocked while flying the mission. Bout 10  12 mins out start Cinching down the straps and the inertia reel. Plant feet on the panel Push HARD cinch up straps. Could breathe but a mite tough. Could barely wiggle. Upon tailhook engagement with the wire you Are slammed into the harness. I'm thinkin you might could git a helmet tween my back and the seat on runout. Could NOT Even wiggle much before touchdown! And just from what I've heard Jet Fighters launch and recover much Harder! Sadly Never had The Honor of a Jet Launch and Recovery on an Aircraft Carrier! RIDE SAFE.

I could easily go a lifetime without a carrier aircraft launch or landing.

I'd love a tour though.

You know how to tell whether your airliner pilot came from the Air Force or Sea Services, don't you  ?

Air Force eases onto the ground. Sea Services - let's just say Carrier Qualification influences how they land....

Virtually all Turkish Airline pilots (THY) are former military fighter pilots (nearly all F16s, they don't have bombers).

I flew THY many times, and it took some getting used to on airliners doing steep and fast descents to the tarmac.  None of the usual slow descent to easy touchdown.  Banzaii.

The other thing, every single landing, all the Turks aboard all clapped and cheered after after every successful landing.... like, were we all at risk or something?

I'd LOVE to go for a ride in a fighter jet!

If that ride happened to include being catapulted from the deck of an aircraft carrier it would be even better!

Believe me when I say that just the ordinary takeoff and roll over landing on a regular airfield was plenty of excitement.  My pilot, the Wing Commander, rolled down calling speed, took off, wheels up (werrrr plunk), and did an afterburner straight up launch.  The G suit squeezed my legs and abdomen like a python, and I briefly got tunnel vision (but never passed out).  We flew over southern Turkey and the Med and over an old Crusader Fortress, and over the Taurus Mountains, and went low in between some, inverted.  (show off)

Crusader Fortress (Snake Castle)

Taurus mountains.

It was one of the best things I ever did.  Just sitting in the backseat.

The video would have been better with a little telemetry and maybe some outside camera shots or at least out the windshield.

Car sounds great though.
