Yeah, I read about that.   That's just stupid.   Legislating from the bench............

I've got absolutely nothing against these bees.   But, the court looks just plain silly coming to this conclusion.   They should have rejected the argument and said the legislation needed to be changed by the legislators and signed off by the governor.   Hard to believe Californians go along with such crap.

If I didn't make it clear enough. this decision is just frick'n stupid.
