On my ride up to InZane I had a random thought (aren’t they all?). I realized you’ve put more miles on Ali than NASA put on Apollo 13!! (And several other Apollo capsules)

Reckon I might qualify for one of those snazzy space suits they wear? I'm talking about the one they strut up to the capsule in with the little hand-held air conditioning unit attached! I couldn't make IZ this year, but I almost rode out there anyway... Then reality set in...

It's been so hot in these parts and out there too that I've reconsidered... Gonna hunker down instead... Not many miles that way, but hey... reruns on the tube are more tolerable than melting into the asphalt!!!

Hope your ride is going well. I've been hearing that all riding out there has had its own challenges... Oh well... I do hope none of the roads you take are washed out or slid off a mountainside, and the temps don't get to ya the way they do this remanent of a once much tougher rider... See ya down the road...

My friend lab to ride Yellowstone for the next week are shot as the entire Park is closed. I can make do with other territory around here though. Temps have been mostly jacket weather (or even coats) this whole week. Downright chilly although that’s supposed to change very soon.
