I'd been using the CarHome Ultra app for years but I stumbled across this slick travel app that blows it away.  It's the schitz for motorcyclists!

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=altergames.carlauncher

If you are using an Android phone for gps navigation, music, phone calls, speedometer and etc. but don't want to be fumbling around with a clumsy interface.  The big finger friendly buttons really make life easier.  If your phone supports Android Auto the app will work flawlessly on your cage's dashboard too, as shown in this demo video.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=l2jfevpLU-Q

It's customizable as hell.  I even customized mine so the center logo shows the Honda motors wing.  Click on that for a center speedo, weather info or music player.  Set it up as you please, with the music players, weather and navi apps you normally use.

Worth getting the full version, no matter how you do so.   Wink

Lol...I just returned from Billings, where I looked for off-interstate routes on a paper map (and got lost a couple times  Smiley  ) and helped the miles go by, by singing all my old songs Cheesy .

What!?!?  I haven't had any issues with it.  Please explain.  Did you download it from Google Play store?

Just downloaded from Play Store and ran thru VirusTotal Mobile app (highly recommended).  It tests your apps against over 50 top antivirus engines.  Result 0 virus, Clean.

The app does have an option that makes it the "home" app, which can easily be disabled in the settings so you can use your old home screen.  I'm curious if that's what you meant by "taking over" your phone?
