Hi all,

I have a 97 Red and white Valk that is having some carb issues. I have herd through the grape vine that the Kansas Valk chapter has get togethers "wrench parties" that I would like to get involved with.

I am located in central Kansas around the Abilene area.

I also have a black 99 so if any one sees me out on the road feel free to flag me down.

The bike is idling very low and will often die sitting still. When at low speeds it seems down on power and has choppy response. The bike sat for quite a long time and after we got it we ran quite a lot of "seafoam"  and other cleaners through it and the issue got better but has not gone away completely. Don't really want to give someone $600 for the carbs if we don't have to.
