So, the cops didn't catch her driving under the influence, but suspect she was.  Can they arrest you if they suspect you were DUI last month, reckon?

My defense would be, I was not to drunk to get out of the car without falling off the trestle!!

This was my favorite line...
 Shocked

I am pretty sure that they got her in time to do a test or she admitted it. I would say that somewhere under 36 hours she would have been blowing enough fumes at a guess.

The RR is going to get her for trespassing also.
I read that the bill will be 60-100K when all is said and done.

Admit nothing, deny everything, demand proof.  Wink A good lawyer will have them all urinating up a rope.

I think the RR should have just sent a train down the trestle.  Would have been a lot cheaper then 60-100k!
We had a couple people who were 4-wheeling and got hung up on one of our tracks.  They left to go get help and our train cleared the track in the meantime.... around 60mph.

Pretty sure that when the RR bills her, the DUI problems will be secondary. Lawyer or not, messing with RR is federal, and I think they found her car.

They didn't find her in it, but, yeah, the railroad  has a long nasty history of getting it's way, in this country.
