There is a group coming across from WV you should be able to hook up with. Contact Keith Shirley (threevalks), they are presumably coming up US-23.

ps:
Stay off I-75 until well north of Detroit.
23, 52, 127 are all good alternatives. 23 has some construction north of Ann Arbor, was not too bad last week. It joins 75 in Flint. All northbound roads eventually merge on the way to the Big Mac. 52 is my favorite, it end nears Saginaw where you can take 23 or 75. Ride safe, see y'all up north soon!
