Probably one of the worst I have read about recently.

Crazy lady doing 100+ in her Mercedes-Benz and blazing through an intersection -- kills six,  including a baby and pregnant mother, and lives herself.  Splits a car in half.  Apparently NOT a mechanical problem or medical issue.  WTH, was she tanked, in a big azz hurry or did she doze off?

I guess she's mighty lucky.  All I can say is, I hope she receives plenty of taxpayer paid jail time time and uses it to put her life back together and reconcile with herself and God.  Her victims can never do that, and their families lives are also devastated by one instance of carelessness.

How much time is plenty?  I would hope decades without parole opportunity.  That's plural.  Let's see if she gets it.

wow, that 1st car broadsided never had a chance.   goes to show you SPEED KILLS and stupidity as well.

I have, luckily, only been in 1 car crash and was a smaller pontiac sunbird hitting at around 30 mph me driving dad's 86 caprice classic stopped at a stop sign, the sunbird lady going right on thru the intersection.  I ONLY had 1 split second to react and no time to slam car in reverse to avoid being hit right in front of my drivers door front quarter panel.  It totaled her front end/engine badly and only damaged front quarter panel and hood of the tank caprice classic, still driveable home. 

Only seen 2 other deadly crashes in my life up close and is horrific to see a near head on collision with a ford truck vs. ford fusion car at 60 mph, sounded like a BOMB going off I jumped 2 feet in the air hearing it ASAP thought a BOMB.    The other was a cycle at 35 mph running the intersection and the SUV t-boned him turning in front of him heard his last word F.... did not get it out died 1 week later.

To be honest my initial thought was a scorched earth attempt at suicide. An “I want to kill myself moment and I don’t care who I take with me” .
