It is 83* in the shade....
It is 94* in the sun....
The heat index is 74*....

I will be smoking a rack of St. Louis ribs later on....Oh well, sweat out what liquids I consume !!  cheers

I smoked them for 2 hours over alder wood Tony...
A good lathering of pineapple habanero grilling and glazing sauce followed,
before returning to the hot coals to finish.
